EPIC High-Performance Urethane Finish

EPIC High-Performance Floor Finish is a unique and extremely durable water-based urethane sealer and an alternative to traditional acrylic (wax type) floor finish. One thin coat of EPIC provides a tough, long-lasting protective membrane across the entire floor. EPIC also meets sustainability requirements as it retains its original sheen without buffing and frequent re-coating processes, thus dramatically decreasing ongoing maintenance costs and chemical, water, and energy usage. Standard Kit Coverage Rates: (approximately 1/2 gallon)
T-bar/Back-roll = 300-400 Sq. Ft.
Rolling method = 150-250 Sq. Ft.

Contractor Kit Coverage Rates: (approximately 1 gallon)
T-bar/Back-roll = 600-800 Sq. Ft.
Rolling method = 300-500 Sq. Ft.

EPIC High-Performance Floor Finish is available in Gloss and Matte sheens. A semi-gloss appearance may be achieved using Ultra Grip Fine or Medium Additives.
